§ Mr. Dudley SmithA recent survey has indicated that between 30 and 40 severely disabled people in Reading are likely to be suitable and available for sheltered employment. My Department will shortly be discussing with the two local authorities concerned the possibility of their providing a sheltered workshop of this size.
