§ Mr. Graham PageConsultations about the transfer of property generally will be initiated with the local authority associations as soon as possible after the Local Government Bill has received Royal Assent. These consultations will cover the ownership and management of local authority dwellings outside the area of the authority by whom they are owned.
§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the number of council housing starts in the first, second and third quarters of 1972 compared with comparable periods in each of the years 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971.
§ Mr. AmeryIn the first and second quarters of 1972, 25,000 and 27,800 dwellings, respectively, were started for local authorities in Great Britain; the figure for the third quarter is not yet available.
