§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will cause an investigation under the Companies Act to be made into Leron (Electronics) Limited where persons claiming to be directors are not so registered at the Companies House, no annual return has been sent in since 1970, and various other irregularities are being implemented, details of which have been sent to him.
