§ 29. Mr. Sydney Chapmanasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on duty-free goods allowable into the United Kingdom brought in by United Kingdom subjects returning home, after 1st January, 1973, when the United Kingdom has joined the European Economic Community.
