§ Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in view of the fact that seats fitted in the cockpit of civil aircraft have been found to be the cause of severe backache to pilots, if he will consider making the installation of the posture curve seat obligatory in civil aircraft now in service, on aircraft on the assembly line and on future projects coming into service.
