§ Mr. Peter MillsThe Criminal Injury Acts (Northern Ireland) 1956–70 provide a code of law designed specifically to deal with compensation for malicious damage to property. It would not be appropriate to extend these Acts to cover the type of loss to which my hon. Friend refers.
