§ Mr. Normantonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment in view of the anxiety amongst parents of school children at the absence of adequate regulation of traffic parking in the vicinity of school entrances and the increase in the practice of delivering children to and collecting them from school by car, whether he will introduce legislation to effect a reduction of the dangers to which children are exposed thereby.
