§ Mr. Anthony GrantSeventeen advance factories and 27 others vacated by previous occupants have remained unlet over varying periods on average 18 months. Inquiries are not in general related to specific factories and some may be satisfied by new town or other factories besides those of the Department. It is not possible therefore to answer the last part of the question.
