§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe Redundancy Fund is financed by employers' statutory contributions. Payments from the fund by way of rebate and guarantee payments amounted to £38,747,000 in the period 1st January to 30th September, 1972, and to £41,863,000 in the corresponding period in 1971.
