§ 84. Mr. Willeyasked the Attorney-General what measures will be introduced to make further reforms in the law and improvements in the administration of justice.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Administration of Justice Bill will include provisions relating to the appointment of magistrates, the fixing of judicial salaries, the limits of county court jurisdiction in actions for possession of land and the qualification of solicitors to sit as deputy circuit judges. There will also be a Bill, introduced by my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary, to give parents equal rights of guardianship over their children.
