§ Lord BalnielAs I told the hon. Member on 20th November we continue to keep in close touch with the Kenyan Government over our passport holders in Kenya. The last occasion was on 16th November 1972. There are no plans for altering the rate at which United Kingdom passport holders from Kenya are admitted with special vouchers.—[Vol. 846, c. 265–6.]
