§ Mr. KershawYes. The conference recommended, and the session adopted, a work programme and budget for 1973 which provide for continuation of the South Pacific Commission's economic and social development work. The conference also directed its planning committee to prepare a long-term plan for the future activities of the commission, concentrating on practical projects of significance to the region.
