§ Mr. Anthony GrantSince no initial dates of acceptance are being prescribed for this scheme, applications were made as soon as forms were available in September and October. Claims numbered some 500 by 10th November, applying for grant of about £1½ million. About one-third of this sum had been paid by that date.
