§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth 505W Affairs what discussions there have been with the European Economic Community in relation to setting up offices in Northern Ireland and in particular to deal with agriculture and regional problems.
§ Mr. John DaviesDiscussions are taking place with the Commission about the possibility of establishing offices of the European Communities' Information Office in Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland. The decision will be for the new Commission to take next year. If such offices are established, their job will be to provide information about all Community policies (including agriculture and regional policy).
