§ Mrs. ThatcherI am aware of the anxieties being expressed. At a meeting with representatives of the local authority and teacher associations in July of this year, the Association of Education452W Committees agreed to make inquiries among their members on my behalf. A questionnaire has been drawn up with the help of the associations, and I hope that the AEC will send it to local education authorities shortly.
