§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsIt is the Government's policy that the recreational potential of our water space should be fully utilised. I recognise that the interests of various users are not always compatible but such problems are best resolved locally in a spirit of "give and take". The water recreation committees of the regional sports council are always glad to help.
