§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have available advice from my officials, in consultation with other Government Departments and the Scottish Industrial Development Office, from the Scottish Economic Planning Board, local authorities and other bodies.
In addition it is, of course, open to me to commission or contribute to the cost of specialist studies.
