§ Mr. Roderickasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will postpone the introduction of legislation on the organisation of water supplies in Wales until after the publication of the Crowther Report on the Constitution.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasI do not think it necessary to have this report before introducing this legislation. The constitution of the proposed Welsh National Water Development Authority will be decided when the report is received.
