§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI make a grant to the Scottish Council specifically to390W assist its campaign for the attraction of industrial investment from Europe. The grant in 1971–72 was £70,000; and for 1972–73 and 1973–74 the grant offered is £100,000 per annum, subject to agreed arrangements for matching funds being satisfied.
