§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether it is his intention to consult with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Eire when considering the constitutional arrangements for the future government of Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. WhitelawI said in the debate on 13th November that the sole and ultimate responsibility for any constitutional proposals must rest with the United Kingdom Government and Parliament.
