Ian Paisleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, in view of its proposals to change Article 44 of the Irish Constitution, he will open negotiations with the Dublin Government for the deletion from the constitution of its claim to territorial jurisdiction over Northern Ireland.
