§ 36. Mr. Peter Archerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will establish an interdepartmental committee to inquire into the advisability of replacing actions for damages from personal injuries by a scheme for compensating victims, irrespective of liability, from a public fund financed by a levy on industry.
