§ Mr. Graham PageI would refer the hon. Member to the Land Compensation Bill. Local authority tenants will, where applicable, benefit from the provisions relating to sound insulation, home loss payments and, when they are displaced from their homes, those relating to assistance with rehousing. They may, indirectly, benefit from injurious affection compensation.
