§ Mr. Graham PageThe Land Compensation Bill now before Parliament improves the compensation, payable in such cases under the Land Compensation Act, 1961, and the Housing Act, 1969, by the provision relating to home loss disturbance and expenses payments, to the assessment of compensation for injurious affection, disabled persons' dwellings and business tenancies and to blighted property. An order is before the House for approval doubling the well-maintained payment in respect of tenanted houses required for demolition.
