§ Mr. Graham PageThe Committee on the Rating of Plant and Machinery has considered the effects of rating certain kinds of plant and machinery on the relative rate burdens of various types of industrial hereditaments. Its report has been received and it is being studied in the light of the forthcoming legislation upon local government finance.
