§ Mr. Dudley SmithOn 11th September, 1972, a total of 84,027 registered disabled people were unemployed in Great Britain, of whom 12,414 were fit for employment only under special conditions. On 14th September, 1970, 71,914 registered disabled people were unemployed, of whom 10,327 were fit for work only under special conditions.
