§ 62. Mr. Jesselasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will draw the attention of the shipping and shipbuilding industries to benefits to be derived from the rotating cylinder rudder invented by the National Physical Laboratory.
§ Mr. Michael HeseltineThis rudder has already been drawn to the industries' attention in the usual ways. In this case there is in addition the attraction of a full-size prototype of which a demonstration will be held.
