§ Mr. EmeryIn addition to enabling the CEGB to bring forward its order for Ince "B", the Government has made arrangements for the CEGB to make advance payments to C. A. Parsons and Co. Ltd.; these arrangements include a guarantee—given under section 7 of the Industry Act, 1972—that the CEGB will not suffer financially as a result. The necessary token supplementary estimate in relation to the liability under this guarantee will be presented to the House in due course.
