§ 53. Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the statutory provisions which govern the scope of expenditure by an urban district council under Section 6 of the Local Government (Financial Provisions) Act, 1963.
§ Mr. Graham PageNo. This would involve listing all the other powers of urban district councils to spend money, which would entail a disproportionate expenditure of time and effort. If the hon. Member has a specific problem on the scope of Section 6, perhaps he will set down a Question.
