§ 40. Mr. McMasterasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what has been the total number of deaths which have taken place in Northern Ireland as a result of the current terrorist campaign up to 24th March, 1972, and from 25th March, 1972, to date, respectively.
§ Mr. David HowellFrom 1st August, 1969, to 24th March, 1972, 293 persons died as a result of terrorist activity. In the period between 25th March, 1972, and 8th November, 1972, a total of 333 people have died.
