§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is aware that there are many British citizens in insanitary and inadequate housing accommodation, some in halfway houses, and some having to be split up from their families, and that this situation is prevalent in the London Borough of Newham; and whether he will arrange that such persons shall be offered accommodation at the resettlement camps in the same way and on the same basis as the Ugandan Asians.
