§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether the advice tendered to him by the advisory commission will be made public, particularly advice and recommendations on draft Orders in Council, which are to be introduced into the House and which have not been debated at Stormont.
§ Mr. David HowellNo. The attribution of assenting or dissenting views to the Commission as a whole would not be a correct reflection of the way in which it works. After listening to the often diverse views of its members, my right hon. Friend takes the necessary decisions on his own responsibility.
