Mr. Geraint Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will consider reviewing the status of the St. Asaph-Betws-yn-Rhos-Glan Conway road, with a view to upgrading it, on account of the considerable increase of traffic on that road and the likelihood that no bypass of Colwyn Bay will be completed for several years.
