§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsMy Departments consultation paper on the publication of information about discharges to inland waters includes proposals for certain modification in common law rights. I met the Anglers' Co-operative Association. As a result we have now been able to accept some suggestions for revision of the proposals relating to common law rights. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the consultation paper and will send a copy of the letter I shall he writing to the association.
