(2) how many tour operators, travel agents and airlines were fined under the Trade Descriptions Act in 1971, and to the latest convenient date in 1972.
§ Sir G. Howe22 such prosecutions were notified to me by local weights and measures authorities during 1971 and fines were imposed in 17 cases. The corresponding figures for the first half of 1972 are 18 and 13.
