McTaggart, 16, Dalvennan Avenue, Patna, made application for his individual claim for benefit to be made on appeal to the statutory authority; and if he will state the date when he expects Mr. McTaggart's appeal to be heard.
§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkMr. McTaggart asked, shortly before 19th October, for his claim to be considered individually by the statutory authorities. It was submitted on this date to the insurance officer, the first of the three statutory authorities which decide claims to unemployment benefit. A decision to disqualify him was notified to him on 1st November. He now has a right of appeal to the local tribunal, which should be made within 21 days.
