§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the progress of the Ministerial talks with the Icelandic Government on the current fishing dispute.
§ Mr. KershawFollowing an exchange of messages between my right hon. Friend, the Prime Minister, and the Prime Minister of Iceland, it was agreed on 31st October that discussions would be resumed at ministerial level. The date and place are yet to be fixed, but both sides hope the meeting will take place in the very near future.
