§ Mr. Gordon CampbellEstimates of the numbers of people with various forms of handicap were published in the report "The Handicapped and Impaired in Great Britain" and in my Department's memorandum on "Services for the Mentally Handicapped". A wide range of health, educational, social work, recreational and employment facilities is available for the treatment and training of the handicapped.
