§ Mr. Graham PageThe average price of private sector housing land in England and Wales is estimated to have been about £6,500 per acre in 1969, £7,700 in 1970, and £8,400 in 1971. Separate figures for the East Midlands are not available, nor are prices per acre before 1969. I am inquiring into the possibility of regional figures without undue additional staff effort.
