§ Mr. Pounderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he can now state when he intends to present his Budget for Northern Ireland; and in what form it will be presented to Parliament.
§ Mr. WhitelawIt is the Government's intention to present shortly a White Paper outlining the financial arrangements as background to a number of measures affecting public expenditure and taxation in Northern Ireland which will come before Parliament this year. It will also contain an outline of the Northern Ireland Budget for 1972–73.
