§ Q18. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will take whatever action may be necessary to arrange that all departmental Ministries other than the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, are designated Departments of State under a Secretary of State as is now the case with the majority of them.
