§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe English texts were published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office on 12th May, 1972, and became available to hon. Members through the Vote Office on that day. The Regulations increase the detached duty subsistence allowances for officials of the European Communities and their remuneration and pensions, and the remuneration of other servants of the Communities. British nationals to whom the Regulations apply will benefit; the obligation of Her Majesty's Government as regards such Regulations is governed by Article 189 of the EEC Treaty.
