§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will make a statement on the new regulations concerning night parking in the built-up areas, and the prohibition of parking on road junctions.
§ Mr. PeytonRegulations on the lighting requirements for parked vehicles at night were laid on 10th April and came into operation on 30th April. I intend to seek powers at a suitable opportunity to impose a general prohibition on vehicles waiting at urban junctions. For the details I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to my hon.
