§ Mr. Anthony RoyleI led the British delegation. This consisted of our Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, his deputy and officials of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The purpose of the visit was to attend the 50th Ministerial Meeting of the Council of Europe on 15th May. The cost was £440.
