§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsNorth Lonsdale Rural District Council is responsible for ensuring that its district is adequately supplied with water. I understand they are now discussing with Furness Water Board the cost of a public water supply to Skelwith Fold. It will be for the council to decide whether or not to ask the water board to provide a supply.
