(2) in how many localities in Northern Ireland the requirements of Section 1 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act, 1970, have been put into effect; and if he will make a statement;
(3) in how many localities in Northern Ireland the services provided by Section 228W 2 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act, 1970, are now available; and if he will make a statement.
