§ Mr. AmeryThe review is well advanced, but a large number of complex factors have to be considered. Thermal insulation cannot be seen in isolation from the related questions of thermal comfort and the prevention of condensation, which also are being considered.
I have already promised to issue any necessary advice to local authorities as soon as the review is complete.
