§ Mr. Tom BoardmanSince 1966, out of 323 applications received, 69 have been refused, 31 withdrawn and 174 granted. The remaining 49 applications are under consideration for areas in the Midlands, the Home and West Counties, Yorkshire and in Scotland, including the inland waters off the West Coast.
