§ 43. Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what response he has had from the London Borough of Havering to take up the Government's offer of grants under Operation Eyesore in order to help improve the environment of Rainham village in the Hornchurch constituency.
§ Mr. SpeedOperation Eyesore applies only to the development, intermediate and derelict land clearance areas. The London Borough of Havering is not, therefore, eligible for grants under this scheme.
