§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) at what precise time on 11th May, 1972, he supplied the railway unions with the evidence upon which he proposed to rely in the proceedings which were to take place that day before the National Industrial Relations Court;
(2) what consideration, in view of his responsibilities as a conciliator, he gave to the ability of the legal advisers to the railway unions to assimilate detailed evidence which he presented to them prior to the application to the National Industrial Relations Court on 11th May, 1972.
